Uploading my images

Before you start uploading the images of your artworks, please read and follow the instructions below:

    1. Save your images in .JPG or .TIF format on your device.

    2. If the images are big/heavy, resize or compress them (some softwares call this action "resample").

    3. Make your images’ names one unique word, excluding any special characters
(eg. the artist’s name and/or artwork’s title all together and without spaces, commas, dots, or characters such as "#" that are sometimes difficult for webservers to process).

    4. Check that the image file names bear an extension: file names must end with ".jpg" or ".tif".

You can add up to 5 images for each Ad.
In the Ad description form, click the blue button " Add one to five images" at the right of the "Images" field to go to the location where you stored the image, and click on "Open" to upload the image on our servers.
Repeat these steps for each image you want to add.
The transfer of the image(s) can be immediate or can take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection and on the size of the images.

If you cannot upload your images, please contact the Marketplace customer care HERE and give a detailed description of the problem you are faced with, including the type of device you are using (PC / MAC, smartphone, tablet), your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari...) and its version.
If you have been directed to an error page, please give the URL of the page and, if possible, provide a screen shot.
